The Toastmaster Wor Gus Campell

This event is always one of the best of the Masonic year in First Erie. Brother Robert Burns life is celebrated each year by millions all over the world for his amazing poetry. Western New York and our Canadian friends to the north both have extensive Scottish heritage that is celebrate in a variety of ways. This is one of them and is well worth your time. Special thanks need to be given to Worshipful Gus Campbell and his family as they are the ones that spend the time in the kitchen each year getting this event off the ground. Lets be honest, if the food was not good would they be able to keep doing this every year? I think not. The food is amazing! You have to try the Haggis! Its not just the food but the wonderful celebration of the poetry of Burns. Much of which is Masonic in nature but much of which is not. Making this event even more special Landmarks has opened the event up to the ladies of the Lodge. Making this the only Table Lodge like event opened up for more of a family style evening.
