Scanning Party at the Valley!

Saturday, July 25th, 2015
10am – 4pm
Valley of Buffalo

Bring in all your old Masonic photos and papers to add a digital copy to our local history project! We will lovingly scan each photograph, poster (up to 8.5″ x 14″), program, or other paper item, and return it to you immediately.

We are also conducting audio or videotaped historical interviews for those interested. The general format can be found HERE.

BONUS: A professional photographer will be on hand to capture artifacts, regalia, or other objects, at no cost, courtesy of Bob Hubbard Photography, who does award-winning martial arts portraits. For a sitting fee and packages you can purchase at a later date, they will be ready to do formal Masonic portraits for those interested.

Interviews

We are looking for past masters and members of old lodges and chapters of Masonic bodies that no longer exist or have been merged. If you plan to do an interview, you may dress casual or wear regalia, your choice. If you prefer audio only, that is not a problem.

Lodge Records & Scrap Books

Lodge records previously submitted to Grand Lodge have already been digitized and therefore don’t need to be scanned. However, if there are extensive records that have not been submitted over the years, we cannot guarantee we can take care of them that day. If you have more than a few items, PLEASE CALL AHEAD so we can be prepared or make other arrangements.

The primary event contact is Bro. Ken JP Stuczynski, 716-868-1329 / ken@kentropolis.com.
