Please see the scan here. Its time to start reminding Lodges in your respective jurisdictions of the Frank M. Totton Essay Contest that is now accepting essays for the year 2017. See the form itself for particular instructions. Last year 36 Lodges from 28 Districts competed in the contest. 7 Lodges sent 2 or more entries. There is no limit. Cut off date by postmark of January 20, 2017.
(Hint), It is easy to win money as there are 10 cash prizes and fewer than 100 entries per year.

The contest is open to all High School Seniors who are the sons, daughters, grandchildren or members of the extended family of a Master Mason in good standing in the State of New York., including deceased Brothers, as long as they were in good standing at the time of their death. This also includes members of the Masonic Youth groups.
