There Generations of Lipmans – The First to Award the Lewis Jewels in First Erie with Right Wor. Michael Storck
What an absolutely historic night for Freemasonry in Erie County. Not only were awards handed out for well over 300 collective years of Masonic experience and service but the very first Lewis Jewels awarded in First Erie. The Brothers Lipman – spanning Grand Father – Wor. Marshall Lipman – Son – Wor. Howard Lipman, and Grandson – Bro. Jeffery Lipman all received the honor, the first in First Erie. Making the night even more special for Perseverance Suburban Lodge No. 948 both the Master and Secretary received their 60 Years of Service Award for their dedication. Dedication describes these men perfectly as they have both served the craft for the full 60 years they have been members and have the distinction of being the most experienced Master and Secretary in First Erie. The awards ceremony was overseen by our D.D.G.M the Right Wor. Michael Storck. The event was well attended by family and friends of the Lodge. The First Erie Team thanks Perseverance Suburban Lodge for their warm reception and wonderful dinner afterwards.
