First Erie District Grand Lecturer’s Convention 2014

Brothers, I want to thank you for making this one of the most memorable events in my Masonic life. As AGL I can tell you my fear was  have a unsuccessful convention. The Brothers of First Erie showed that my fears were very misplaced. Every Lodge in the district was represented. We had four Lodges earn the Potts Award, had one of the largest attendances in recent memory, and a warmly received and well executed program by our team.

To make this night even more special it was the homecoming of our very own Right Worshipful Richard J. Kessler, Grand Lecturer. His welcome could not have been more warm, as of right now First Erie had the largest attendance in the State for a convention. To show deeper support we had the whole Second Erie Team with us and sharing in the convention. If you missed Second Erie’s Convention is coming up January 27th (yes a Saturday morning). We hope to see many Brothers out and lets work to make it the largest attendance in the State.

I want to personally thank all the Brothers that took part in the program of the evening. I know the Grand Lecturer appreciated your efforts, as did the whole district.
