MASONIC NEW YORK CITY TRAIN TRIP APRIL 2017

We are planning our second train trip to New York City!

TRAIN:

***April 29, Saturday Amtrak rail – Depart Buffalo/Depew at 7:41am, arrive New York Penn Station 3:45pm.

*** May 3, 2016, Wednesday Amtrak rail – Depart New York Penn Station at 1:20pm, arrive Buffalo/Depew at 9:02pm.

HOTEL*:

Courtyard Marriott New York Manhattan/Herald Square, 71 West 35th St. (across from Macy’s). The hotel is approx. .06 miles, which is a 12 minute walk, to the Grand Lodge on 71W. 23rd St.

TRANSFERS:

Golden Touch Motor coach – Included up front this year! The motor coach will pick us up at Penn Station, and return us to Penn Station, to meet our schedule.

COST:

$730.00 per person based on double occupancy for a King Room.

$775.00.00 per person, based on double occupancy for a Double bedded room

The package includes Amtrak rail, motor coach transfers, 4 nights hotel, based on double occupancy. Also included is the 14.75% city tax, $3.50 occupancy tax per night, and $9.16 baggage fee per bag per person upon arrival and departure.

IF the hotel accommodations wish to be secured with the group – without the Amtrak train and motor coach transfers, the rates are:

$575.00 per person based on double occupancy for a King Room.

$615.00 per person based on double occupancy for a Double bedded room.

A deposit of $200 per person is due by November 10. Please make CHECKS payable to TRAVEL USA and mail to the address below. Include your full names and dates of birth, address, phone number, and email. NO credit card payments are accepted with a group booking. Your balance will be due by March 1.
